The new solid waste management program is now in effect for all Johnson County residents. Deffenbaugh Industries has provided detailed information on their website regarding the new program. | Architectural Improvements |

All improvements to your property including painting, landscaping, decks, patios, fences, roof replacements with a color change and exterior remodeling need prior written approval from the Forest Glen Architectural Committee. Roof replacement or painting that does not change the exterior color does not need approval.
Please check our website for more information on the Declaration of Restrictions for our neighborhood along with the Architectural Improvement Form that must be submitted in advance of beginning work.
