The pool season starts Memorial Day weekend. New pool rules and a security camera system will be in place. Hold onto your pool cards, they will be re-activated every season and the replacement charge for lost cards has increased to $25. Trash / recycling / yard waste services / problems
Posted on Nov 6th, 2016
The Board approved a new five-year contract with Deffenbaugh (Waste Management). After evaluating two other bids from other services (both with higher annual fees), we felt that Deffenbaugh had made some efforts recently to improve their customer service, and they had no increase our fees for the first year of service. It is important to note that the number of allowed yard waste items will decrease to a maximum of eight starting in 2017. If any part of your service is delayed, please leave it out for the following day pick up and be sure to notify Waste Management at (913) 631-3300.
If you have damage to your bin(s) or are missing a wheel, please use the same number to contact Waste Management.  It takes up to 5 business days to get the crews to your house so we suggest calling early before our trash/recycle day.
