Pond Work Starts Soon
Posted on Nov 6th, 2016
The Board has found a contractor that came recommended by the engineering firm that developed our ponds when the subdivision was established. Heavy equipment will be arriving soon and repairs to the washed out areas of the banks will begin within 30 days. Please stay clear of the machinery, and if there are any concerns with the project, please contact the HOA President at
Trash / recycling / yard waste services
Posted on Nov 6th, 2016
The Board approved a new five-year contract with Deffenbaugh (Waste Management). After evaluating two other bids from other services (both with higher annual fees), we felt that Deffenbaugh had made some efforts recently to improve their customer service, and they had no increase our fees for the first year of service. It is important to note that the number of allowed yard waste items will decrease to a maximum of eight starting in 2017. If any part of your service is delayed, please leave it out for the following day pick up and be sure to notify Deffenbaugh at (913) 631-3300.
