| New Johnson County Solid Waste Program goes into effect January 1, 2012 |

Effective January 1, 2012, the new solid waste management program will go into effect for all Johnson County residents. Deffenbaugh Industries has provided detailed information on their website regarding the new program.

The following is a brief outline of the changes:
Trash and Recycling Carts
All residents will receive two receptacles, a 95 gallon container for trash and a 65 gallon container for recycling. Both containers have lids.

Representatives from Deffenbaugh Industries are working diligently to deliver the new trash containers and believe our area will be completed no later than the end of January.
Until you receive the new trash container, please continue to put out your trash as you have in the past.
Deffenbaugh will continue to pick up recycling using your normal recycling container until the new container is delivered.

| Architectural Improvements |

All improvements to your property including painting, landscaping, decks, patios, fences, roof replacements with a color change and exterior remodeling need prior written approval from the Forest Glen Architectural Committee. Roof replacement or painting that does not change the exterior color does not need approval.
Please check our website for more information on the Declaration of Restrictions for our neighborhood along with the Architectural Improvement Form that must be submitted in advance of beginning work.
