Community Features
The community features a clubhouse, community pool, and playground, as well as several walking trails, a wetland area, green area, and three picturesque lakes that are for residents only.
There are an abundance of Overland Park and Olathe hiking and biking trails close by. Indian Creek Trail is within walking distance.
The clubhouse is available for resident and non-resident rental.
HOA Dues
Trash, recycling and yard waste pick-up are covered as part of your annual dues, as well as community events and activities, common area grounds services.
Forest Glen HOA dues are currently $720 per year (2020) and are due January 1st each year.
